Our white fused alumina grains are produced from high purity calcined alumina in electric arc-furnaces. The molten material undergoes cooling, crushing, grinding, sieving, classifying and, of course, various quality checking procedure before it is packed for delivery.
It has higher hardness and slightly lower toughness co***red with Brown Fused Alumina, it is characterised by its high purity, ability of self-sharpening, better cutting, less heat emit, higher efficiency,acid and alkali resistance, and good thermal stability.
